Initial Setup for Your Box's Plans & Memberships

Learn how to configure monthly plans, automate fee collections, and manage unlimited gym bookings for your active athletes.

To run your gym on autopilot, configuring your available memberships is the crucial first step. In this tutorial, we will show you how to set them up in under five minutes using your TryHard Administrator dashboard.

Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Module

  • Sign in with your Administrator credentials at the TryHard admin panel.
  • Select Finance > Plans & Memberships from the left-hand navigation sidebar.
  • Click the prominent orange button labeled "Create New Plan" in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Formulate Plan Configurations

In the creation form, fill out the following key fields:

  • Plan Name: Assign a clear title (e.g., *Unlimited Monthly Pass*, *3-Days-A-Week Pass*).
  • Price: Set the exact amount to be charged to the athlete per cycle.
  • Billing Frequency: Select Monthly for continuous subscription billing, or Class Pass for punchcard-style access.
  • Booking Limits: Set the maximum number of classes an athlete can book per week or month.
Important:

If you select Automatic Recurring Billing, our engine will automatically retry failed cards up to 3 times, notifying you immediately of any failures to protect your box's cash flow.

Step 3: Map Permitted Class Types

Scroll down to see the checklist of available WOD programs and schedules. Tick the class types this plan allows access to (e.g., *CrossFit*, *Open Box*, *Weightlifting*). This ensures that athletes on basic plans cannot accidentally reserve premium or specialized classes.

Click "Save and Publish". That is it! From now on, athletes will see and be able to purchase this membership directly inside their TryHard mobile app.
