TryHard provides software services for sports and fitness organizations, including:
- athlete management
- staff and coach management
- memberships
- class scheduling
- reservations
- workout tracking
- metrics and records
- competitions and events
- leaderboards
- community and social features
- subscription management
2. Accounts
Users must:
- provide accurate information
- protect account credentials
- comply with applicable laws
Users are responsible for activity under their accounts.
3. Tenant Organizations
Tenant administrators are responsible for:
- lawful collection of user data
- internal permissions
- organizational compliance
- content published by their members
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- violate laws
- abuse the platform
- upload malicious content
- impersonate others
- interfere with services
- exploit vulnerabilities
5. User Content
Users may create and publish:
- workouts
- posts
- comments
- social reactions
- media
Users retain ownership of their content.
Users grant TryHard a limited license to host and display such content for service operation.
6. Social Features
TryHard may provide:
- follows
- feeds
- public profiles
- public workout sharing
- Cheers
- rankings
Users control visibility settings where available.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Tenant subscriptions may include:
- Instinct (Basic)
- Beast (Pro)
- Monster (Advanced)
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Pricing may change with notice.
8. Trial Access
TryHard may provide trial subscriptions.
Trial features may be limited, changed, or terminated at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and materials remain property of TryHard or its licensors.
10. Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryHard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Users and tenants may cancel according to subscription terms.
14. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
